What Is My Background?
With over 25 years of hands-on residential construction experience, I bring real-world knowledge to every home inspection—not just a checklist.
Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I owned and operated two residential remodeling businesses, working directly with homeowners on projects involving roofing, framing, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. I also prepared architectural drawings and worked closely with local building departments to ensure projects met residential building codes. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how homes are truly built, repaired, and maintained.
Today, that background guides every inspection I perform. I know where problems typically hide, how systems interact, and which issues matter most—because I’ve built, repaired, and inspected them firsthand.
My focus is simple: clear communication, honest evaluations, and helping clients feel confident in their decisions. Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining a home, my goal is to give you clarity—not confusion.
